Rates and Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable. Brie Mulligan Photography understands that life can be unpredictable and will gladly reschedule due to illness, disagreeable weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rates are subject to change without notice. The Client will receive rates posted at the time of booking; however, rescheduled sessions must take place within one year of the originally scheduled session in order to receive rate posted at the time of booking. Sessions rescheduled beyond that timeframe will become subject to current pricing.
Limits of Liability:
Brie Mulligan Photography is not liable for any unplanned delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, transportation complications, or any other "acts of nature." In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform services due to these factors, illness, injury, family crisis, unforeseen emergency, or any event within or beyond the photographer's control, Brie Mulligan Photography will make every effort to reschedule the session. If this is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.
Brie Mulligan Photography takes the utmost care with respect to files and photographs, but in the unlikely event that photographs or files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Brie Mulligan Photography's control, Brie Mulligan Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.
Delivery and Copyright:
Images will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online gallery where you can download the edited, high-resolution JPEGS for printing. Due to the artistic nature of photography, completion dates are only tentative; however, every effort will be made to remain within the 2-3 week delivery schedule.
All photographs and copyrights are the property of Brie Mulligan Photography. The Client has permission to reproduce photographs from their portrait session for personal use only. Any posting of the images on the web, including social media, should be accompanied by a photo credit.
Model Release:
The photographs taken during your session may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote Brie Mulligan Photography. Brie Mulligan Photography will never display the photographs in a negative or derogatory light, with names, or use the photographs for further financial gain outside of promoting Brie Mulligan Photography. The Client hereby releases Brie Mulligan Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
No Warranty of Longevity/Storage:
Brie Mulligan Photography does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to the Client. The Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files. Brie Mulligan will store digital photographs for ninety days as a courtesy, but will not be held liable for storing these files.
